Winemaking
The Syrah grapes are picked up at the best moment of maturation. Fermentation starts on the skins and continues into new French oak barrels in contact with its fine lees.

Nose Red fruit notes, intense with aromas of violet, liquorice.
Taste Fleshy, with sweet tannins. Mineral and spice flavour and very intense to the end.
Food pairing This wines is particularly recommended for ham, semi cured cheeses, red meats and stews.
