The Winery
The winery is a mixture of modernity and tradition where we have respected its own history by restoring and preserving the old buildings and caves dating from 1884.
Among its facilities we can visit its centenary aging cave located 13 meters underground and dug into the rock where our wines are aged in unique and exceptional conditions of constant humidity and temperature throughout the year.
It also has modern vinification and fermentation facilities equipped with the latest technology in order to have total control over all processes and where the knowledge and experience of the winemaker and his team are as important as the technology.
