Grape variety 100% Tempranillo
Only elaborated with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards planted by the traditional system and low production. The harvest is made by hand in the desired maturity moment.
Once in the winery and after taking out the stem, grapes are slowly fermented in contact with their skins at a controlled temperature of 26ºC.
Trace and oxygenation techniques help us to get the organoleptic qualities of this young red wine. The fermentation process ends without skins at a controlled temperature of 22ºC.
Colour Cherry red colour with purple tones.
Nose Intense aromas of ripe red fruits (currant, strawberry, raspberry...).
Taste Very structured, lively and fruity. Nice tannins, dense and very rounded and long at the end.
Food pairing This wine is recommended for rice dishes, pasta with sauce, pizzas, grilled meats and mature cheese.
Serving temperature 12ºC – 14ºC
