At
first sight it is pink like strawberry with a very deep colour.
Clean bouquets of fresh fruit with a tint of strawberry and flawers. Well-balanced
into the mouth, rounded and fleshy, good acidity and a bit of
carbonic acid that increases its freshness. |

Specilly
recomended for all kinds of rice, pasta, preserved fish and cold
meat. |
